If you wish to return your purchase, email us within five (5) business days of receiving your order to get and R.A. number (return authorization number) and include this number on the outside of the package.
We will then issue the R.A. number. Once you receive the R.A. number, ship your order back for a full refund, including postage/shipping. You must return the item via pre-paid Priority Mail. We will not accept C.O.D. returns.
PLEASE NOTE that we have provided a comprehensive “Guide to Sizes” on the Size Chart page of our site to help you choose the correct size. Therefore, ordering the wrong size is not an acceptable reason for a return; or, for a refund.
